A non-refundable booking fee, which is half of the total amount, is required at the time of contract submission. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event before the event starts.* Payment can be made by (Zell or Check). Late payments are subject to a 5% finance charge per month or fraction thereof.* If the Client needs to reschedule or cancel the event, they must provide notice at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within 72 hours hours/days of the event will be held responsible for the remaining balance of the contract.* In the event of inclement weather, the Client must secure an alternate indoor location for the event. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.* We will provide a minimum of 2(two) hours of service for 10-12 kids. Any additional time required will be billed at the agreed-upon hourly rate which is $75. An additional charge of $20 per child will apply for any kids added beyond the initial 12.* Joy Station Co is not liable for allergic reactions to face paints or any adverse effects. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform Joy Station Co of any allergies in advance. The Company will not paint anyone with infectious or open wounds. The artist reserves the right to refuse to paint any attendees with signs of infectious diseases.* The Client grants permission for Joy Station Co to take and use photos of events and painted faces for promotional purposes. If the Client does not agree, they must inform Joy Station Co in writing before the event and attach it to this agreement.Any Other Details?By signing this agreement, you affirm that you have read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions outlined herein.
